I was really excited for my daughter and my niece to test out this lip balm kit from Roxy Grace. The kit contained everything we needed to create and package our very own handmade lip balms! It included white beeswax, shea butter, lecithin, caster oil, almond oil, natural flavor, and natural coloring. This kit also came with a Kindness Club Membership Card, 6 hang tags with ribbon and 6 cellophane bags so we could package up our finished products. Making these lip balms was super easy and lots of fun. First we had to melt the beeswax, add in the caster oil and the almond oil, then add the lecithin. Once those ingredients were blended well, we had to add in the shea butter and mix until it was fully melted. Once everything was fully blended, we had to start cooling the mixture and allowing it to thicken. Once that happened, we had to add the natural flavoring and the coloring. Finally, we poured the completed mixture into the tin cans and cooled overnight. This was such a fun DIY for the girls, and they ADORE their finished products! This would be great for sleepovers or birthday parties! Roxy Grace offers a large variety of handmade all natural bath and body products! I can’t wait to try their bath bombs next!
