My daughter recently had her second dentist appointment, and unfortunatly this one didn’t go as smooth as her first one. The dentist informed me that even though we brush her teeth everyday, Kinsley had a small cavity forming on one of her front teeth. I immediately purchased some floss picks and upped her brushes to three times a day, but I wanted to go a step further and find another way for Kinsley’s mouth to stay healthy. That’s when I discovered Zollipops! Invented by 11 year old Alina Morse, Zollipops are lollipops that are meant to reduce tooth decay, stop dry mouth, and create a healthier mouth overall! Not only are Zollipops sugar free, gluten free, vegan and kosher, but they are also packed with Xylitol, Erythritol, Stevia and other natural ingredients. Zollipops work by balancing the pH levels in our mouths which helps control bacteria. After learning a bit about Zollipops, I knew I had to get some for Kinsley! I mean, if it can help prevent her cavities from forming it was worth a shot! Of course these were immidiatly a huge hit! A sucker for breakfast? HECK YEAH! Kinsley absolutely loved the flavors (strawberry, orange, grape, pineapple, raspberry and cherry) and was extremely happy to get a sucker after each meal (the package says she can have up to 3 a day). We made it a fun routine so that Kinsley was more excited about taking care of her teeth. Eat, brush, sucker, repeat! I can’t wait for her next dentist appointment to see if Zollipops have helped to stop Kinsley’s forming cavity in its tracks! Such a genius product that kids of all ages can benefit from!

Dental visits are always going to be horrible and it is great we have something that is delicious as well healthy. I am hearing about zollipops for the first time, but this sounds like a great product to try out!

This is my first time hearing about zollipops. It is amazing a 11 year old came up with these. My son would love these but definitely a few years from now.

Sounds like a cool idea. Good to have with you when you are out and the little one won’t have a chance to brush her teeth after a treat. Though I hope it doesn’t encourage kids to eat more sweets and skip brushing their teeth just because they had a ‘good-for-teeth lollipop. But substituting a real lollipop by this one should be a good way to keep the kid and the teeth happy.

I’ve never heard of zollipops. This is a great alternative to other sugar loaded treats.

Can I eat these myself?
I’m not looking forward to our first or second or even third dentist appointment. Dentists scare me, so I have to pretend to be all calm for the little man. I hope the 3rd one goes better mama!
