Ellie: July Box

I finally received my July Ellie box, and I am super pumped to share the products with everyone! If you’ve never heard of the Ellie box, it is basically a monthly subscription box for those of us with an active lifestyle. Each month they send out 5 awesome products which usually consists of a bra, a top, leggings/capris, an accessory, and a piece of equipment. Unlike most subscription boxes Ellie allows their subscribers to see what is inside of the box ahead of time. Don’t like what you see? Then Ellie will allow you to skip that month’s box! I am SUPER happy that I didn’t pass on this month’s box, because the products are beyond amazing!

Products Inside This Month’s Box:

Ab Wheel ($13)– Other than being an absolutely adorable color, this Ab Wheel kicks some serious butt. I love how this product is compact and portable, which means I can take it anywhere, and it doesn’t take up a ton of extra space. One of the main reasons I don’t own exercise equipment is because I don’t have any room for it! At first I was a little skeptical about this little tiny product, but BOY was I underestimating it! The MARIKA ab wheel not only strengthens the core but helps tones shoulders & arms! After a few days of use, I can already feel the burn in my arms! My arms are one of my biggest problem areas, so I can’t wait to see the outcome after a few months!

Propel Singlet Top ($45)– I was a little nervous about trying out this Propel Singlet Top, I must admit. I am not a huge fan of mesh backs, so the full mesh back scared me a little. After putting it on, I was eating my words! This thing is ridiculously comfortable! It is 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex, so it was super lightweight. Since it is semi-fitted, I liked that it didn’t hug my body. When I workout I like to use lightweight and loose clothing to feel more comfortable. I must admit, I fell in love with this almost immediately.

Alexa Progressive Space Dye Capri ($55)– I couldn’t wait to throw these bad boys on when I got my box in! After seeing a preview of them on the Ellie website, I knew I was going to love them! Just like the Propel Singlet Top, these capris are 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex. They hug my body, but not enough to make me uncomfortable. They are also extremely lightweight and breathable, which is always a plus when it comes to workout gear.

Cooling Towel ($4)– I have seen cooling towels everywhere, but never had the chance to get my hands on one. This Bally Cooling Towel goes above and beyond what I expected! This no-drip fabric is perfect for keeping cool during a workout. Using it was super simple. All I had to do was soak the towel in cool water, wring out excess water, and snap the towel to activate cooling. This towel stayed cool during my entire hour long workout, and sat perfectly on my neck the entire time. Awesome little workout accessory for sure!

Zobha Low Impact Sports Bra- I don’t have a product link for the Zobha products inside of this month’s box, however the Low Impact Sports Bra was one of my favorite July products! Not only did it fit like a charm, but it held everything in place during my workout! It was extremely comfortable and I was surprised at how breathable it was. I didn’t feel suffocated by the fabric whatsoever. I love the pattern and the style of this bra, because it isn’t just a plain-jane sports bra, The cuts in the back and front give it a super fun edge!

Zobah Tie Me Up- Again, I don’t have a link for this Zobha product, however these “Tie Me Up” hair ties are awesome! I have fairly thick hair so I was unsure if these would do me any good, but they worked like a charm! Not only did they hold my hair up through my entire workout, but it didn’t pull my hair or leave that annoying “rubberband ring” around my hair! These things are super comfortable, so throwing my hair up during a workout is no problem! Plus, they’re super cute so I don’t mind wearing them on my wrist throughout the day!

  1. I like the idea of knowing what is in the box before hand. This looks great! I never get subscription groups that hide that basic info.
