Custom Converse from Sew Wonderfully Made Co.

I can’t believe it is already August, which means my daughter will finally be starting school! While school shopping, I noticed that all of the children’s shoes her size are either characters or super plain. I took my search to Etsy where I stumbled upon Sew Wonderfully Made. Sew Wonderfully Made offers custom embroidery work on shorts, backpacks, shoes, and much more! The monogrammed toddler converse were way too cute to pass up! When I contacted the shop owner, Jennifer VanDyke, she was extremely nice and offered to help me make my custom order. I decided to go with black converse and a yellow monogram since those are our school colors. To ensure that I got the correct size, Jennifer directed me to the Converse kids’ size guide where I decided to go with a size 7! After giving Jennifer my size and color options, she immediately went to work. Within two days my daughter’s custom converse were shipped and within five days, my daughter had her new school shoes! Right out the box I was extremely impressed. The monogram was perfect and the yellow thread popped up against the black background. I was worried that the back of the monogram would rub up against my daughter’s feet, but thankfully the placement wasn’t an issue! Jennifer did an amazing job of bringing my idea to life! My daughter loves them so much that she cries to wear them every day! It is so hard holding them until the first day of school! Jennifer has made lifelong customers out of us for sure! We will without a doubt be back next year for another pair!
