Ellie: August Box

Ellie just announced that they will be offering two subscription plans instead of one! Now Ellie subscribers can get three products a month for $39.95 versus the full box for $49.95! This month I received the three product box to see how it would differ from the regular box. I definity was not disappointed! Instead of coming in a little box, the three product subscription came in an adorable Ellie printed bag! The pieces I received this month were a little intimidating at first, but I was surprised at how much I loved the overall look! Compared to the 5 piece box, I did miss the extra workout accessories. However I was impressed with the quality of items I got in the cheaper 3 piece box.

Products Inside This Month’s Box:

Tack Back Tank- I must say that I was a bit nervous about the sheerness of this shirt before I put it on. The back is fairly open and you can see straight through most of the back part. However I did like that it featured skinny double strap details, a shirttail hem and Dry-Wik finish. Once I put it on, I loved the fit. It wasn’t super clingy, and was extremely comfortable. I also loved that it wasn’t as sheer as I had initially thought. Although you should see my skin and bra underneath, it wasn’t overly flashy! I was able to wear it into the store after my workout without drawing too much attention to myself!

Chloe Seamless Sports Bra- This sports bra was quite intimidating when I first pulled it out of the bag. Unlike regular sports bras, this Chloe Seamless Sports Bra features strappy front details. Since I am fairly larger in the chest area, I thought that it would be way less supportive than I would need. Surprisingly it was cute AND functional! It kept the girls in place and I was impressed with how breathable the material was! The bra itself was super stylish, but paired with the Tack Back Tank you could still see the strappy details!

Seamless 7/8 Legging- Hands down my favorite product from this month’s box! These seamless 7/8 Leggings are to die for! These leggings are so lightweight it feels like wearing nothing at all! The subtle mesh insets along the sides offer extra ventilation which I find allowed me to be much cooler overall during my run. The heather jacquard pattern is super adorable and was a great touch to these  moisture-wicking leggings! I can pair these with a simple sports bra, or full on workout gear. Either way I am super comfortable!I made room for these in the very front of my closet!
