As a working mom, I don’t often have time to cook. To be honest, I eat out so much that I can’t remember the last time I made my family a nice homemade meal. The front of this pressure cooker has buttons easily labeled so that there is no guess work when cooking my meals. The front features buttons for soup, rice, porridge, multigrain, beans/tendon, tenderloin/mutton, cake, and chicken/duck. There is also basic buttons such as an warm/off button, 3 temperature adjustments, a preset time button, a pressure holding time button, and a selected pressure button. Everything I need to know, is right there on the front of the cooker! Of course I couldn’t wait to toss in my first meal, so I decided to cook white beans. This meal would take me about four hours. Since this pressure cooker saves 70% of cooking time, my beans were done quickly (1 hour) and to perfection! With the 24H delay timer, I am able to set my beans to cook while I am at work, so they are ready to go as soon as my family gets home!
