I am all for teaching my daughter that she can be whatever she wants to be. That’s why I am okay with her dressing up as a firefighter, or driving her babies around in a dump truck. Most toys like this are normally targeted at little boys, so when I spotted the Design & Drill® Flower Power Studio™, I couldn’t pass it up. This set is perfect for allowing little girls to learn about tools! This set includes a fold-up flower board, a power drill, 60 bolts, 6 designer plates, a butterfly clasp, a phillips bit, a flower bit, and a guide with 12 patterns. The drill required 3AA batteries, but other than that it was ready-to-go out of the box! 
My daughter couldn’t wait to get her hands on this set! The kid-friendly power drill was extremely easy for her to use, and the bolts went into the flower board extremely easily. There is a small switch on the back that allows my daughter to put the power drill in reverse to remove the bolts, or forward to drill the bolts in. The bolts weren’t extremely small, which allowed my daughter to get a good grip on them while drilling. I love how this little set sparks her imagination. Not only does she get to create her own awesome designs, but she is learning basic STEM concepts at the same time! The best part about this set is that when my daughter is finished playing, we can simply fold it up and save it for next time! This makes cleanup a breeze! This Design & Drill® Flower Power Studio™ is absolutely perfect for kids 3-6! It is no wonder it won the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Gold Seal Award in 2015!
