My daughter has been very into the Go! Go! Smart Friends® ever since they were first released, so when I seen this Go! Go! Smart Friends® Shimmering Seashell Castle™ I knew I couldn’t pass it up. The Go! Go! Smart Friends® Shimmering Seashell Castle™ comes with two sides, a crab, a carousel to press and release, and a slide to go down. The castle features 3 MagicPoint Locations, 1 MagicPoint Character (Pearl), and 35+ Songs, Melodies, Sounds and Phrases. by pressing her light-up button or placing her on MagicPoint locations, Pearl comes to life! Pearl talks about the things she likes to do and sings three cute little songs. We can place Pearl and her friends on the dance floor and slide the little crab to watch them dance, or give her a push on the little swing. By placing Pearl on the MagicPoints, the castle will play unique phrases, music and lights. The castle itself was larger than I expected, but once I found a place to put it we didn’t have any issues. This toy is recommended for kids aged 1 to 5 years, and I have to agree. Some of the parts may be too complicated for a younger child to control. My daughter is four, and was able to work everything perfectly. She is currently into pretend play, so she spend hours helping Pearl and her friends “swim” around the castle. I do plan on purchasing additional characters to go along with this set. In my opinion, this is the best Go! Go! Smart Friends® set to date!
