Personal Trainer Food: First Impression

When I was first approached by Personal Trainer Food, I must admit that I had never heard of the program. I know there are tons of meal plan programs on the market today, so it can be extremely difficult to narrow it down to which program would be the best fit. After doing a bit of research, I found that Personal Trainer Food had the most success stories, as well as a larger variety of options, and an overall cheaper price. I wouldn’t consider myself overweight, however I could benefit from losing a few pounds which is why I decided to give Personal Trainer Food a try. I received a 28 day box which includes 28 days of delicious, healthy, fat-burning food. The original box included lunch and dinner, however I could add 28 days of breakfasts for $1.42/meal. I ordered 28 breakfast meals, 56 entres, and 56 vegetables for $479. I spend more money than that eating out and cooking every month! I also found that this was significantly less than competitor brands which packages start at around $200 a week! Today I received my box of food, and I am excited to start my journey. Everything arrived neatly packaged and ready-to-go. Tomorrow starts day one on my Personal Trainer Food journey!

  1. Omg, I love the idea of meal delivery services. Though I’ve never heard of this before but this seems like such a cool thing for healthy people, it’s going to be a trend now and will benefit them as well.

  2. This sounds so cool. I would love to try out something like this. I have seen that box to home meals before and I really like this. It is pretty low in cost given how much things cost eating out. And it would mean cooking at home more and being more healthy.
