Recently Skullduggery expanded their Max Flex racing line which now allows children as young as my daughter (3 years) to enjoy some of their race car fun! This new Max Flex RC 250 Blaze Edition includes one remote control racer, over 10 (250 pieces) feet of flexible tracks, and ramps to build bridges. I originally got this toy for my nephew (7 years) but much to my surprise it was my daughter who couldn’t wait to rip it open! My nephew hasn’t even seen this set yet, and my daughter has already claimed it as her own! Upon opening the set, I noticed that the pieces were extremely easy to lock together. This was awesome since my daughter is so independent and didn’t want me to help her. She created a simple circle track using two pieces of orange and two pieces of blue. Since the pieces of track are bendable, she was able to make her circle track more of an oval shape. When she first started pressing the remote, her car would circle extremely slow. Once I explained to her that the car was designed to stay on the track, she had it going full speed in no time! What I love about the remote, is that my daughter wasn’t in control of the direction. No complicated buttons or wheels. All she had to do was pull the trigger and the car followed the track. Most RC cars are not designed like this, which is why she has never had the pleasure of playing with one until this point. My nephew is coming over soon, and I can’t wait to see how big of a track they build together! I especially can’t wait to show them that this track GLOWS IN THE DARK! As a mom, I can’t say how thankful I am that Skullduggery took the time to design something so fantastic for such little hands!

This looks like so much fun and my son would love to try this out. But I think I will have to get rid of most of all the trains and legos he already has.
