Unless you’ve been under a rock, you’ve most likely heard of PlateJoy. In case you HAVE been under a rock, PlateJoy is an all-digital program that combines virtual health coaching, video lessons, personalized meal plans and fitness tracking. I decided to give this program a try to jumpstart my weight loss journey. Starting my PlateJoy 3-month weight loss program was extremely simple. First I filled out a personalization quiz to determine my health goals, diet preferences, and family size. From this, I was given a meal plan that was the perfect fit for my family. PlateJoy gave me recipes that fit my schedule and I only picked the meals I needed. Their digital pantry even kept track of ingredients I already had to pair me with recipes to reduce waste, and helps me figure out what I need to grab while at the store. The meals are extremely tasty, and usually take me less than an hour to cook
Then I got a virtual coach who helped me personalize my plan and will continue to help me reach my goal. I was able to keep track of my progress and access my plans on their mobile app. The app is extremely user-friendly, and I love knowing that I can speak to my virtual coach any time I have a question or need some support. So far in my weight loss journey, I feel like I have gotten a lot accomplished! PlateJoy is perfect for anyone who is looking to eat healthy, but doesn’t have the time to do all of the healthy planning. PlateJoy takes the guesswork out of eating healthy, and helps me make better food choices.
