  1. Oh wow what a great program. I love that it offers recipes based on ingredients you own. Definitely helps cut down on having to look for particular ingredients.

  2. Really love this app as it allows me to set my goal and chart my progress, anytime! I also find that if I have a program that has a beginning and end date like this one, I do much better bc there is an end in sight. Thanks for sharing it. I’ll look into it =)

  3. I like how it sounds. I tried something similar before. I have to admit that until a few weeks ago when I start swimming with my husband I was never able to stay on a losing weight journey. I think it depends on how strong you are. I will look more into it, maybe this one will work for me as well.
