April Game Night with Goliath Games

My daughter is finally old enough to really enjoy our games nights. Sure she has been playing board games with us for a year or so now, but she is finally old enough to understand some of the more fun board games that we have been holding off on buying. In my opinion, Goliath Games has some of the most fun and creative games on the market. During game nights we usually have a wide variety of genders and ages. My 7 year old nephew is often involved, along with myself and my 4 year old daughter. We also love to invite friends and family, so picking the best game can be a little difficult. Goliath Games caters to just about everyone we invite to game night with their silly variety of family games! We really racked up on new games this April, and they are some of our favorite Goliath Games to date!

Giggle Wiggle-  Giggle Wiggle is a fast-paced game for 2-4 players, ages 4 and up. Players have to race to place their colored marbles from the  bottom row of hands all the way to the top as he wiggles to the music! Giggle will try to knock off the marbles, so players have to pick them up as quickly as possible to keep the race going.  This game comes with 28 Multi Colored Balls, 1 Giggle Wiggle Caterpillar, 1 Giggle Wiggle Base, 1 Sticker Sheet, Complete Instructions, and requires 3 AA batteries (not included).  See a Giggle Wiggle video on their YouTube channel.

Greedy Granny- Greedy Granny happens to be a family favorite in my house at the moment. This game is made for 2 to 4 players, ages 4 and up. Greedy Granny is another fast paced game in which players have to steal granny’s snacks! Each player takes a turn spinning the wheel to see which sweet to take. Players must do so extremely carefully to avoid waking Granny up and sending her teeth flying across the room! The first player to collect one of each treat without waking granny wins the game. Greedy Granny comes with 1 Greedy Granny in an Armchair, 1 Set of Granny’s Teeth,  1 Treat Wheel and 12 Treats. See a Greedy Granny video on their YouTube channel.

Jumping Jack- Jumping Jack is a great game that even the youngest kids in our family can play! This game is made for 2-4 players ages 4 and up (we have personally had 2 year olds play with no issues).  Jumping Jack is a preschool game that easily teaches hand-eye coordination and quick thinking. Players take turn spinning the wheel to see how many carrots they have to pick from Jack’s bunny hill. One of the carrots will make Jack jump, but players never know which one it will be. If Jack jumps on your turn, you win! This game comes with 1 Bunny Hill, 1 Jumping Jack Rabbit, 12 Carrots, 1 Spinner, 4 Baskets, and 1 Instruction Sheet.  See a Jumping Jack video on their YouTube channel.

Shopkins World Vacation- Shopkins have taken my home by storm, which is why we had to add some Shopkins games to our family game night collection. Shopkins World Vacation is a super fun board game in which players must travel the globe collecting souvenirs. Players must make their way around the board watching out for lost luggage and flight delays that can slow them down. The first player to return home with four souvenirs (one from each vacation spot) wins the game. Shopkins World Vacation comes with 4 Shopkins collectibles with 2 exclusives and is targeted to kids 5+.

Shopkins Pop ‘N’ Race- ShopkinS Pop ‘N’ Race is another cute game night board game that my Shopkins lovers had to have! This game is for 2 – 4 players ages 5+, but is fairly easy for younger children to play as well. Players must pop the dome to roll the die, then move their pieces around the board. When a player lands on another player’s piece, that player is in trouble and they have to move their playing piece back to start. The first player to get all four playing pieces from Start to Home wins the game! This game includes 1 game board with enclosed die, 16 playing pieces, and complete instructions.

Shopkins Happy Places Moving Day- Shopkins Happy Places Moving Day is quite similar to hopkins World Vacation. Players must travel through all rooms inside of the Happy Places Doll House unpacking their boxes and organizing all of the rooms. Be the first player to unpack the delivery box and you win! Shopkins Happy Places Moving Day comes with  4 Happy Places Petkins collectibles and is made for children 5+.

Shopkins Postcard Pals- Created for children 5 and up, Shopkins Postcard Pals is a matching game that is sure to get competitive. Players match and discard their pairs of Shopkins postcards while trying to find the airline ticket card. The player at the end of the game with the airline ticket card is the winner. Shopkins Postcard Pals includes 1 Exclusive Shopkins character!

  1. Personally I am not interested in game toys because I am not a child! However, these games are very suitable for children which can be a great method for parents in educating their children! Thank you for your posting!!!
