Quality Skincare from Drunk Elephant

I recently started taking better care of my skin, and honestly didn’t know where to start. I was so used to sleeping with my makeup on, or simply washing my face at the end of the day with a baby wipe. I started to realize that my skin looks dull and I often break out in random places around my face. I decided to start using some great quality skincare from Drunk Elephant to enhance my skin and feel confident while not wearing makeup. Drunk Elephant is formulated with high percentages of actives at the ideal pH levels making it great for all skin types. My skin seems to be normal, with an often oily T zone and the occasional breakout. I decided to try the Drunk Elephant line exclusively to see how much my skin would change. Today marks week 3 that I have been using these products regularly, and I must say that I see a great improvement in my skin overall. I still get an occasional breakout, however they don’t last nearly as long as they did before. I also don’t find that my T zone gets as oily, simply because my skin’s PH level is more balanced than it was before. Of the products I have tried, my top three are T.L.C. Framboos™ Glycolic Night Serum, Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil, and T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial™.  Each night I mix a small amount of T.L.C. Framboos™ Glycolic Night Serum and Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil which makes my skin absolutely GLOW! The T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial™ is something I only do once or twice a week since it is not recommended for daily use. The Protini™ Polypeptide Cream, B-Hydra™ Intensive Hydration Serum, Beste™ No. 9 Jelly Cleanser, and Umbra Tinte™ Physical Daily Defense SPF 30 are also great products that I have been using daily although they are not in my top three. A combination of these products has greatly improved my skin’s appearance. The only product that I am not quite a fan of, would be the C-Firma™ Day Serum. The C-Firma™ Day Serum is supposed to be applied in the morning to provide intense hydration. I am simply not a fan of the texture, nor the smell of this product. I did use it for a few days and notice my skin looked like it was extremely soft, however I quit using it because I couldn’t get past the smell and the texture. A friend of mine claims that the C-Firma™ Day Serum is her #1 product, so it simply depends on a person’s preference. Of course there is no way I would try an entire line of products and like them all, however I think 7 out of 8 products is definitely not a bad start. Will I continue using Drunk Elephant? 100% YES! These products, even when used alone, have done wonders for my skin. There are a few other products that I’d like to get my hands on, so I can’t wait to see how my skin looks after several months of continued use. I have gotten so many compliments on my skin these past few weeks which has definitely boosted my confidence 10X! The fact that Drunk Elephant is always extending their line has me extremely excited about what they are going to come out with next!
