I know everyone wants to start getting serious about their health at the beginning of a new year. Fresh year, fresh start right? I’ve said that I would get my health together for the past several years, but I haven’t stuck with it. I am super excited to start the book “Always Eat After 7 PM” by Joel Marion! Basically this book will help debunk popular diet myths and give me an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows me to still eat some of my favorite foods! Over the next month, I will be sharing my thoughts an experiences with the book and hopefully I will see some great changes! I can’t wait to have more energy running after my daughter all day!

Right from the very beginning of the book, Joel jumps straight in to debunk the “No Eating At Night” rule by saying “Myths like this one are strangely persistent, even though there’s little research to back them up. Randomized scientific trials, however, definitely contradict the notion that late-night eating inevitably leads to weight gain or interferes with weight loss.” which obviously was my first question when picking up this book. I can’t wait to see what else Joel has to say! Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion is now available to purchase.

I will keep you guys updated on my journey, but until then check out this awesome video from Joel explaining how and why he wrote the book!
