Always Eat After 7 PM Book Challenge: Goal setting + My Personal Update

This post is brought to you by our sponsor, “Always Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed below are my own.

When I started this challenge, my goal was to gain more energy. I was a bit skeptical about the weight loss portion of the diet, however I have seen some great results. My biggest accomplishment so far is definitely the increase in energy. Before I started this program, I would start getting sluggish towards the middle of my day. Now I can feel myself pushing on to my next task without dragging my feet! I can’t stop now, because like Joel says in his book “There’s nothing worse you can do after hitting a goal than to ease off the gas. Keep moving.”, so that is exactly what I am going to do! The meal planning has been extremely easy and the recipe ideas are fantastic! So far everything I have tried is plentiful and flavorful, so no bland “diet” food! Their Chili Loaded Baked Potato has to be one of my favorites from the book! We’ve been traditionally taught to avoid carbs, have an early dinner, and never eat before bed. But the fact is, the latest scientific research shows us this earlier model is not the most ideal! Stay tuned for my next and FINAL update in about a week!
